Your mission
Main Objectives Expected From The Facility Manager
  • You are responsible for making sure that the 3 current BEA buildings, their
    services and their short-term evolution perspectives meet the needs of the people and the management.
  • You lead and coordinate main facility projects for BEA.
Your responsabilities & duties

Facility Management
You are responsible for the following activities:
Together With Your Team You Ensure
  • Effective follow-up on requestsEffective facilities service monitoring and follow-up with suppliers ensuring standards & budget are metEffective administration & reportingEffective teamwork and flow of information in the following areas but not limited to: security (health & safety), regulatory controls, ‘routine maintenance’ of technical installations, movings/fittings, cleaning, DRP, etc.
Facility Projects
  • You assist in defining the project’s scope determining what resources (internal resources and third parties/vendors) are needed, estimating time and financial commitmentYou take a leadership role within the project team assigning tasks and deadlines, meeting regularly and getting status updatesYou define the schedule and make an accurate estimate of the budget that you monitorYou manage issues and work towards resolving them quickly, you figure out what the risks are and set in place an action plan if they in fact occurYou constantly monitor the projects’ progress (using our tool/software: Wrike), compare metrics to the plan and adjust according to changesYou ensure satisfaction of your stakeholders being in constant communication with them, reporting on progress and being open to their feed-back
    The first main project will be the coordination of the construction project of BEA’s new building in Europe, Liège. (Move planned Mid 2023). Your skills and competencies
  • You have relevant experience of working in a comparable facitity management role and sufficient experience in providing facilities and maintenance services in an industrial environmentFluent in French and in English (speaking & writing)Experience of working with contractors and suppliers and monitoring of service standardsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamExcellent written & verbal communication skillsSolid organizational & multitasking skillsGood fit with BEA values
